Hi I just purchased a MAK 2 Star General and my first cook was a couple of strip sirloin steaks and some veggie kabobs that were really good. I next did Jeff's Sirloin Tip Roast using his rub and recipe and used the grill to warm it up the next day for leftovers. When I finished the reheat (really really good) I baked a frozen pie, the crust was awesome. I am looking forward to many good things from this grill.

BTW I live in Centerville UT and am looking forward to becoming a very good cook using this grill.
