Hello all, 

I live in central NY, I own a MES for about 2 years now. Still learning how and what to do with it. I just smoked some mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Have done ribs very well, and venison Hot Dogs . Still trying to make a good brisket. I made a brined chicken that all my family liked!! I bought Jeff's book, so hopefully I can use my smoker more with more success. I also just bought the A-Maze-N Pellet smoker.
