Hi all, I'm new to smoking but have been grilling for quite some time. I have a cheap-o char-broil smoker. I have done a lot of mods lately. Sealed the entire grill/smoker with high temp rope and high temp silicone. The fire box could use more sealing. Temp control is a bit easier with the mods I have done. I'm smoking as I type, a pork loin roast. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on my first new attempt with this smoker. Injected with Apple juice and brown sugar and put a dry rub on last night.
