Good morning all,

I am Brad Nelson, a new member from the Bluegrass state!

I have been an occasional smoker for the last 20 years, doing only a few items each year.  I am ready to go "whole hog" (yes, the pun is intended), and purchase my MES 40.  I have thus far stuck to smoking chickens, but am ready to branch out to othe rmeats and some cheeses as well.

I found your forum while researching this awesome smoker, and have been impressed with the open sharing of ideas and opinions on techniques, recipes, and equipment.

I look forward to learning from everyone here.

Brad
