Hi everyone ive been smoking meats for about 5 years now started on a propane cabinet, moved to a reqtec bullseye, had an ok joe offset for a little while, my favorite thing to make is pulled pork, amd I usually cook at least once a month used to be 3 times a week but not as much time as I used to have
