Hi I am a brand new member and although I live in San Antonio, TX I do my sausage making at our farm in Bulverde, TX which started as a old German farming community.  I am 59 years old some of my oldest memories are from when my Dad, Uncle & Grandfather along with the resident farmer and his sons would start around 5 am making venison sausage in the old farmhouse.  I am looking forward learning a lot in this forum and just hope that someday I will be able to contribute.
