JOINED THE GROUP LAST WEEK AND HAVE BEEN READING A LOT OF GREAT POST!!. I have been smoking meat for over 35 years using many different kinds of smokers. I have Okla Joe offset, green egg clone, large Smokey Hollow, and large 3 tier WSM clone. I am converting the egg clone to use electric hot plate as it alwys cooks too hot for my needs. The next build will be a UDS.
