Greetings to the SMF community! This looks like it will be a great place to learn some secrets from the "Pitmasters" !
I'm a devoted fan of Ben Lang's fine smoker-cooker, built right here in South Georgia. I've been cooking on mine for several years & still loving it. I'm going to have to smoke a Fatty on it soon!
