Hey everyone. Been a long time lurker on this forum so I figured I would introduce myself and tell you all a little about me.
My name is Josh. I have a love for heavy metal, whisky, and smoked meats. I decided to go back to school to be a registered nurse and I graduate in December. Can’t freaking wait!! Lol.

I have a big stick burner on a trailer and a couple little smokers for around the house. I just acquired an old GE refrigerator and I plan on turning that into a smoker. I will be posting in that part of the forum soon.
