Hello all -
Just joined the group. I have been smoking for about 3 years. I was using a Weber 22.5" kettle, until this week, when I got a GOSM.
I seasoned it on Thursday and started a 10 lb Boston Butt last night.
I look forward to learning as much as possible, and turning out some quality BBQ.
