Hey my name is jay, I'm new on here. I've been looking on the Internet for ideas on changing a fridge/freezer into a smoker and this site kept popping up so I figured I'd join. I've never built a smoker before much less converted one. I've have a few ideas of what to do, but not really sure if I'm going in the right direction. Can anyone help?
