Good Afternoon
I live in the NW part of OKC and work in the SW. I have been a member of this site for a few years and have learned a lot about smoking and the proper techniques and equipment. That combined with several great books out there and at your local library you can enjoy a really great hobby. You will make lots of friends if you know how to properly smoke and cure meats and fish and cheese. I have more fun doing this now than any of my other hobbies and the results are really great!!
