What’s up everyone. New here and to forums really. Been smoking on a 22” WSM for about 10 years. Last 4 years I’ve been using a guru with it. Especially for the really long cooks. Anyway I’m joining the convert the freezer club. It’s all SS and I spent this past Saturday getting all the dreadful foam out. Obviously I have some questions and I’ll share what I’m working with once I figure out where to post it.

Nice to be here. I’ve been reading threads for a while!

Welcome aboard...there's a "smoker build" section that will probably be a great place to get info and ask questions about your build
Theres a wealth of info and there isnt anything I can think of that I asked for advice that I didnt get great info on.
Seems we have some experts in just about everything here...
It's a great resource...
Post some pics of your build as you go...
