Hi Everyone I have two MES 40" smokers and one of them with the cold smoke kit(Modified) that actually works! This baby smokes way more than any pellet tube smoke generator. I do have an A-MAZE-N tube and a Charbroil tube but this mod to the cold smoke generator will have you neighbors complain that your house is on fire for 3-4 hours and is easily reloaded for more time. Im trying to con Masterbuilt into a free portable smoker for my mod and then I will share it. Use the 3-2-1 method at 225° F and your ribs will be wonderful. Cheers Every One
