Greetings and salutations. My name is Kenny. I have recently got into smoking brisket. Love it, a lot! I've been using a Brinkman smoker, but it needed upgrades out of the box. I have smoked two briskets with this beginners bullet. But today, I am a proud owner if a new Weber 22.5. I am so looking forward to Labor day weekend. I have a sixteen pound brisket to smoke for my family. I also have enjoyed reading other posts here at SMF. I hope to learn from you, and to share my experiences as I continue this new found hobby.
