My wife bought me a Master Built Dual Fuel 2 Door Propane Smoker for Christmas so I thought I'd join up instead of just lurk.  The MB is a big step up from the electric Brinkmann smoke & grill I've been using!  Anyways, I'm a full time pastor and also work part time for the Sheriff's Office.  I guess you could say I'm used to dealing will ALL kinds of people!
