New guy from Charlotte, NC

Hey there,

I've been grilling seriously, (Not counting hamburgers / hot dogs before that) for about 16 years and smoking with a NB Bandera for about 10 years.  I can't get enough grilling / smoking related shows on the Food Network so figured it was time to join some forums. 

I'm also a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus (a Catholic Men's Fraternal organization) and work our parish fish fry on Friday's during Lent as well as a pulled pork fundraiser during the fall.
