New guy and new to smoking

I'm from slc utah and new to smoking so I will have lots of questions. I am a pipe fitter/soon to be welder. I am gathering part to build my first smoker I just picked up an 87.7 gallon cng tank that I will build a reverse flow smoker out of.

We are desperate for pipe welders in utah and most of the country if you can weld pipe you can basically write your own paycheck.
