Hey everyone!  I just happened to stumble upon this site when looking for some ideas for the smoker my in-laws got me for Christmas. I love food, both cooking and eating. I currently work in a bakery but sweets can get old, so I'm hoping to learn some things from here to add a little variety to menus.

Little roll of a sweet dough filled with either Creamcheese , Apricot Preserves , Pineapple Preserves  an d such. An old German thing popular in Texas. Roll a Tennis ball size out ,flatten it ,add the fillings and bake till golden brown then slather Butter on them. Also they do little Cocktail Weiners or Sausages completely covered in the dough .like a Perogie and bake the same...if you get into Smoking, convince the Boss  to try some of your PP in some,  savory treats will  sell like hotcakes, just because it's new, then they are hooked
