Hey all.  Aaron from Omaha, NE.  Missed this when I first started snooping around on the board.  Currently have an ECB that I got last May (2011).  So relatively new to smoking.  Currently converting an old fridge to a charcoal smoker.  Hope to have it done by Labor day so I have it for football season.
