My name is Marty, I'm from Fairborn, OH.
I have been BBQin and grillin for 30+ years.
I have competed in two BBQ compititons.
I own 6 grills/smokers.
My pride and joy is my Carolina grills 17 ft trailer grill, it will smoke a 250 lb hog!
I have a couple Weber kettles, a backwoods smoker, stainless, patio model, a Bubba keg, and a La Caja China, I just built a Smoke Generator and am entering the relm of Charcuterie.
I'm glad to be among like minded individules... O yea...I'm retire Air Force.
