New to personally smoking meats, but not new to BBQ.

lived in Memphis for 5 years and know some good BBQ, once i got a house i got s 4in1 smoke hollow grill/smoker combo

i have done ribs once and a shoulder once sadly for smoking that is all so far. ribs weren't as tender as i would like but tasted good, same on the shoulder, IT didn't get high enough i guess as i couldn't pull it.

i have since joined on here and done the 5 day basics course. i have also modded the grill with gaskets, sealed seams, lowered stack, added better thermometer, and thinking on how to baffle it effectively.

looking forward to much more smoking and learning more as i go.
