Ok, Colorado isn't known for BBQ and smoking meats... There is though great hunting throughout the year. Good meat + good smoker = Good food! I just recently got a Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker for my 28th birthday (thank you in-laws). Talked about always wanting one just never acted on it.
I've never smoked anything before, and completely clueless on what to do. That is why I'm here! I was told that I need to knock out two whole chickens tomorrow for dinner. Anyone know of a great recipe?
