Took out some of my homemade brats to cook and realized we were out of my favorite spicy brown mustard. So off to Walmart to grab some more Gulden's and saw a brand I have seen mentioned on here a few times...Woeber's. Looked at the different offerings and grabbed a bottle of this to try...

Now I'm hooked. Just enough bite, heat to satisfy my taste buds...

I'll bet the jalapeno version is really good with brats. I've tried so many mustards but still keep going back to spicy brown (Walmart's is as good as any IMO) for stuff like brats and Chinese hot mustard for ham. We stopped eating our favorite with Ham, Inglehoffer's Sweet Hot, because it has sugar in it and we were low carb for a few years, but this reminds me to put it on the grocery list!

Woeber's must be a regional thing. Not on the shelves at our Walmart and we're just up in Virginia from you. Of course the "sweet tea line" stops right about Richmond and gets unsweet as you get closer to the "Rich Men North of Richmond" as the song goes, so we miss out on a lot of the real southern stuff.

I got a bottle of that at a local owned grocery. And your right, it does have just enough heat not to overpower what your eating.
