I use Nepas recipe but add 1 tsp mustard powder and fresh garlic cloves and sharp cheddar

Nice job on those bud . I've made that recipe , without the adds , it's a good one . I use a super hot cheese in mine . Yes , like you said the cheese melts into the sausage . They look great .

They look great..as one of the guys from Wisconsin I get to sample it..right? ;)

Try the beer and onion bath some time. It's pretty much a staple of brat frys in Wisconsin.
