Need Some Help From Y'all!!

Hey all, need a bit of help! My buddy is building a UDS from a closed top fuel style 55 gallon barrel that was cut out.

He is needing a 22.5 inch lid to complete this build. Thought, ok.. simple. Just order a 22.5 lid from a UDS site or Weber. Had no luck there.. Unless I missed something.

Any suggestions on this?

Best solution I've found is to go to a box box store and pick up a cheapo 22.5" grill just for the lid. Best price I've found on them has been about $49.

Good call Radioguy, I just looked on FB's marketplace and found complete 22.5" grills for as low as $10

I bought an old weber kettle off of Craig's list and use the lid on my drum, it fits perfectly and I have a kettle for grilling or making pizza's on. I paid $25 for it and it is in great shape.
