I have a friend that is helping me with the labor end of my project. With no money, but junk around the house we are building a small smoker. It will be used mainly to make beef jerky. Here goes.
1st I have a stand up charcoal grill with three racks on the inside.
2nd I have another small old smokey charcoal cooker.
Plan is to elevate the stand up cooker above the small cooker and join them together by using a flexible drier vent. Q will this work?
