Need recommendation for a butane smoker

Howdy all!

I need a butane smoker shipped overseas. Can't source propane at destination so I'm stuck with butane. Power cost is prohibitive so that's ruled out. Temperatures are almost always above 5C so that is not an issue. Will one of the Masterbuilt gas smokers work OK with butane? Any caveats? If not, what would you recommend instead?

I don't know. The last time I heard the word Butane I was in single digit years, and it was the tank on our camping trailer and was frozen. Soon as it warmed up, everything was fine.
I don't remember if Dad had to change the jets to change to propane when it became common.

Sounds like a great question to ask Masterbuilt... ;)
