need help with appetizers

 We are having a birthday party here on Friday and I want to make lots of appetizers. I am making A.B.T.'S and Moink Balls but I would like 2 more for a great selection for people to choose from. All help is appeciated and please put recipee with your sugestion. T.Y. in advance.

Well you may want to look at things that are not smoked to add a little balance to the meal. 

My ol' lady makes these and they are dynamite!

You can get those little pastry sheets in the oriental isle at the store, stuff them with everything from fish to pulled pork, roll like a little burrito, and then deep fry them a bit. 

Put out a shallow bowl of Arnold's So-Hot mix and some thinly sliced prosciutto..
