I just bought a grinder and have 3 lbs of pork but cut up, i just need a recipe to make the 3 lbs with. Thanks
 
Pick out 3 1lb recipes and fry up a test patty.

Some spices "grow" and become more potent when they sit in the fridge or become less potent when frozen for an extended time.

well its almost the Alton brown guys recipe from food network but i didn't use fresh herbs or even sage, just figured how bad could it be? i cooked a pattie and it was ok for my first time.
