ND Pellet Grill Fan

Just got a CampChef SmokePro ZD (sorry, I believe it’s a ZG) pellet grill (Dick’s Sporting goods).
It has several of the features of the Woodwind without the sear box for a very reasonable price.

I’m looking forward to the world of smoked meats and you folks seem to know what your doing!
