Do they test for Hep A before letting anyone work in food service? I have no idea, but I know they did not used to test.
 
I think any and all food service businesses should / must test for communicable diseases... They DO have a responsibility to serve you safe food....
After eating, finding out you may get sick, is not the right sequence of events...
You should not get the notice while hugging the commode....

It's akin to checking the food temperature after you have eaten... Check the temp before taking the food from the stove...
 
Makes sense, but there a lot of common sense things that seem not to be practice
