Did you catch it right away or 6 hours later? There are tons of similar threads to read for you to search. Start here.

You've probably already made you decision but any ID of the IT of the meat ?
Injected or unadulterated?
At a true 275 for 3 hrs it should be 140ish range?

Yea.. More info is needed...

How long before you noticed it turned off/went out ?
Did you inject it ?
Did you do any trimming ?
Did you put a therm probe in it? If so what was the IT when the grill went out ?
Did you refire and continue cooking ?

All this is probably to late as I see your post was at 12:43 pm ...
And then you never even came back after posting to see if there were any reply's ...

If you caught it fairly quickly (not hours later) and the butt was bone in and not injected, I'd roll on with it.
