I had several small patio size cookers before I got this rig. I've been wanting it for a long time.
This is the first one that I've been able to control my air intake to get a good smoke.
Going to be doing my first cook for money on Sunday. $45 an hour plus $10 for charcoal. Should only take about an hour to cook 25 pounds of chicken. I'm charging them $100 even. That covers two hours plus my charcoal and seasoning. They are supplying all the chicken.
Wasn't sure how to price it. Does that sound about right?
