I have charred ribeyes but never a fillet mingnon.

I have seen people use the chiney started to do this. So I started mine 3/4 full (next time 1/2 full)...

My family all left out tonight so I had extra spending money!

Ive never done a whole artichoke before. I need to try it.
I steam big one like that for 1 to 1.5 hrs melt butter and add lemon..
eat the ends of the leaves ... when you get to the center dont eat the stringy bits

the heart is at the bottom

Very nice meal.
I used to do Filet Mignon very often as buying the tail was affordable. I can barely afford ground beef these days.
Oddly, in all my multicultural meals, I've never eaten thistle (artichoke)
 
Nice looking steak! Not sure about the artichoke... never had one before!

Wow! That is one tasty looking meal there. The filet is perfectly done. And I love artichoke. Never grilled one before though. How long did it take to get done on the grill?
