 I think my local butcher would be jealous, they look great. So is that about the ratio I can expect with my (2) little helpers? Ratio: 4hrs to make:2hrs to eat. :biggrin:   If my first batch turns out half as good, I forecast some kids too full to eat dinner.

Thanks for the kind words! Yes, that was about the ratio, LOL ! Though somehow I did manage to set some aside for hunting ! I impressed myself with the self control I was able to use ! :biggrin:
