I had a great, smoky time yesterday. I got to hang out in our backyard, anxiously checking the smoker parameter far too often.
I had to force myself to go back to my PC and play some games online with my buddy, to keep me away from the smoker for longer than 10 minutes.
It is the electric smoker, and I rigged up that temp controller, you heard about in my other thread, so I was able to auto-maintain the temp.
It dropped a little about 1 hour into it, so I removed the water, and re-ran the AutoTune on the PID controller, then it was much better, and hotter.
