Looks real good Burly. We done this meal in a similar fashion with a couple of thin slices of granny smith apples lightly coated with cinnamon along with the regular stuffing. A pad of butter also goes well with this combo.

Looks good. When figuring out what to stuff with next time think about trying several different things in the different pieces. Maybe try one with spinach and feta cheese
