My first Brisket (q-view)

I had a 6.8 lb brisket.  I rubbed it the night before and then put it on the smoker yesterday morning about 5:30.  Wrapped it in foil after 5 hours  and then pulled it when it hit 190.  That was about 4:30.  I then wrapped it in towels and stored it in a cooler until 6:30.  Cut and served it.  It was pretty dang tasty for a 1st timer.  I used a combo of hickory and cherry.    Here are some pictures.
