Actually did this last weekend, just around to posting them now.
Trying two recipes here....one is a tried and true recipe from a buddy, the other was Jeff's rub and sauce.
First, I let them sit in their rub overnight
Into the MES they go
I smoked at 200 for just shy of 4 hours. While they were on, I found a macaroni recipe here on the forum, and we had all the ingredients in house. So I put it together. Here the Mac is going in and the ribs are coming out to get foiled (not shown in foil)
They got two hours in foil, I poured just a bit of cider into the foil before wrapping up. After that I sauced em and threw them onto the grill for a few minutes....
And the pay off
VERY GOOD! I knew I was in good shape when I went to grab a bone and it pulled right out. Ribs were moist and flavorful. I was happy with both recipes as well as the macaroni. Can't wait for Santa to bring my AMNPS so I can try longer smokes of brisket and butt!
