My Experience in the Reverse Flow technology.

With many years of "traditional smoking" behind me I was intrigued by the reverse flow technology.  I selected and contacted Johnson Smokers to build one for me.  I will tell you it's been a ball...a home run!

Exactly the same temp throughout my smoker is such a relief.  The fit and finish from Johnson Smokers was very impressive.  I'm very happy and having a great time with it.

Very nice looking smoker... I like the exhaust stack caps.... and the horseshoe brackets... and the hinges.... fit and finish looks really good...

did you add any modifications to your smoking device?

do you use only wood or a combination of wood and charcoal.
