I don't share much around here. but here's my Saturday smoke for the day. A rack of spares on the MES30 with some nice apple pellets in the AMNPS. Been on a SPOG only kick lately, also left the membrane on while smoking. Great results!!Nice n moist and great flavor!

Crap. I haven't figured out this "posting pictures" thing yet, but I'll work on it.
 
Those Ribs look great! I've been thinking about just trying SPOG instead of a more complicated Rub.

I dumped sugar from my rib rub. SPOG is a great starting point. Still working on added spice profile.
Working on a new rub for da butt.
 
Looks good. Hard to beat some good tender ribs. I’ll bet salt and pepper only really lets that juicy pork flavor shine.
