For thanksgiving I decided to try my first propane smoke by following Jeff's recently published Thanksgiving Ham recipe.

Chamber temp is running at 225-235.

Being an original Electric die-hard smoker, I am not use to propane, but it will just take some time. I like the ability to be able to crank up the heat so fast. The ham turned out so darn good, I was shocked. Tried to down play the taste quality to not upbeat the wife's cooking of the Turkey dinner, but even she said the Ham was unreal.
