Does anyone have any experience with this wood? I just acquired a pailful of chunks. It IS a fruit wood, I guess. What meats would it go best with?

I have not had the opportunity to try it, but it sounds like it would work well on most anything by the mild description it doesn't sound like it will overpower the meat unless it is green.
