I asked him about getting some sugar cane to smoke andouille...

He said he would check it out and if he could..some would be heading my way..

Yesterday I got a fairly heavy box in the mail...

Fresh sweet sugar cane!!!!

I split some into quarters and put it in the sun to dry it out some...making some andouille as we speak..

Thanks Roller..you da man!!!

Be looking for a bigger box coming yer way next week..
