Reversed seared steak are definitely my preferred way of preparing steak. All the guests have never had them this way.

Coming from a NW Wi supper club perspective, I would have, of course, expected pickled herring, beets and onions, (as well as creamed versions of the same as seasonally availiable):emoji_wink::emoji_wink:
