I realize this is Smoking Meat Forums, but alas, I grilled some more beef.  Rubbed with the ever faithful and delicious Montreal Steak Seasoning.

The Strip on the left is for my wife. :-)   (in the top photo)

I just bought 2 whole strip loins a couple weeks ago $2.99/lb. cut them into inch and a 1/4 steaks vac sealed and froze. :yahoo:

WOW That's a heck of a deal! They are on sale down here for $5.99/lb.

After seeing that pic I'm going to have to go get one and give it a little reverse sear tonight.
