Hey everyone! My name is Jason and I'm an electrician from Pittsburgh Pa. I recently purchased a Brinkman vertical propane smoker. I'm so glad that I found this site. Please excuse the stupid questions that I'm going to ask. I'm new to the smoking world! I look forward to learning as much has I can from all of you!

You can speed up some of your answers by using the search bar at the top, it will find almost anything you want to know but if it doesn't don't hesitate to ask![/color]
