Went to the store to get some fresh chic wings today and picked up a small London broil on sale also. Rubbed LB with Jeffs rub and put wings on naked. I will be making up a batch of hot sauce to go on them later.



About 1 hr in


Put meat over coals after 1.5 hrs on the smoker, came out very nice.. Med
