Mike from Woodbury Mn.  I bought a Masterbuilt Electric Pro about one month ago.  I put it together and seasoned it as fast as I could.

I made spare ribs the very next day and was very pleased considering it was my first attempt.  Since then I have done whole chickens and a 14lb turkey with good results. I am constantly learning from experience and reading.

I will be completely addicted to reading everything online and on this forum.

My other new hobby/addiction is global bucket gardening.

I also home brew.  This fall my ultimate goal is to have a football game on the TV in garage while brewing with my turkey fryer and the smoker going outside!
